New Zealand-based JUCY Rentals has been named best in class for car rental services in New Zealand’s 2015 Quality Service Award Survey.
More than 1,500 New Zealand residents were surveyed on their recent service experience for the awards. The survey looks at level of personal experience, understanding of customers, simplicity of processes, reliability and satisfaction.
Tim Alpe, CEO of JUCY, said the company is honored to receive this award.
