Here is a description of each seminar that will be presented at next month’s Latin American Meeting:

- “Recovering Damages from U.S. Renters”: Led by David Purinton of PurCo Fleet Services, this session will present a solution to the problem of recovering damages once U.S. renters return home and don’t want to pay for damages.

- “How to Use Science to Price Against Your Competitors”: In some Latin American markets, low car rental rates are an ongoing problem. Luis Montalto of Rate-Highway and Alex Shartsis of Perfect Price will offer tips such as how artificial intelligence can be used to price against competitors, how to forecast utilization, and how to incorporate seasonal patterns in rate and reservation build.

- “Understanding Trends in Remarketing in Latin America”: Daniel Romero, CEO of Manheim Brazil, will outline the current state of remarketing, auctions, and the used car rental market in Brazil and Latin America. This session will be presented in Portuguese and Spanish.

This meeting is included at no extra charge to Latin American car rental operators who are registered for the Auto Rental Summit.
