Localiza Rent A Car Partners with GOL Airline
Under the new partnership with GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes airline, Localiza Rent a Car will offer a 20% discount on car rentals to customers who book on GOL’s website.
Latin America-based Localiza Rent a Car partnered with GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes airline, to offer economic and executive vehicles to customers, according to a company announcement Jan. 30.
Beginning Feb. 4, customers can receive a 20% discount on rentals from Localiza and a category upgrade from group A to C when they book a flight on GOL’s website.
“GOL is the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America and Localiza is the leader in the continent with 513 agencies with a fleet of 107 thousand cars,” said Paulo Kakinoff, GOL’s CEO. “Together, we will serve 51 domestic airports where we operate and offer more economy and convenience to customers. This reveals how our partnership is extensive, well distributed and solid.”
Customers will be also able to modify their rental online at any time via GOL’s website.
“This new buying alternative adds benefits to the travel package of passengers who can save money and has the convenience of choosing a car to freely enjoy his/her route,” said Eugenio Mattar, Localiza’s COO.
