MetroGistics Appoints New Director of Account Management
Martha Garcia-Perry will oversee customer relations and process development under her new title of director of account management.
MetroGistics, a full-service vehicle transportation company, announced the hiring of Martha Garcia-Perry as director of account management on April 26.
Garcia-Perry will oversee customer relations to ensure that customers receive a high level of service and the vehicle shipping process is hassle-free, the company said.
Working with clients, the sales team and management, she will also draft strategies and implement process improvements that address customer and business needs.
Prior to her appointment with MetroGistics, Garcia-Perry worked as senior manager of regional operations at Insight Network Logistics in Michigan. Her career began with Insight Network Logistics as a manager of vehicle shipments.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing logistics from Wayne State University.
