Mex Rent A Car Alliance recently held its fifth annual corporate convention in Guadalajara at the Aloft Hotel. More than 70 attendees participated including corporate staff, managers, supervisors and special guests.
During the two-day session, the upcoming year’s expansion plans were presented, including updates, news and informational sessions by various professionals in the industry.
The convention also unveiled the use of new rental technologies such as TSD’s mobility suite and preferred customer lanes for those who participate in the Mex alliance program. Sponsors included Dalton, Fox Rent-A-Car, Istra, Rate-Highway and TSD.
Mex Rent A Car is currently located in 17 airport locations throughout Mexico, with a fleet size of 2,500 vehicles. It handles reservations from three brands: Mex Rent A Car, Fox Rent-A-Car and ACE Rent A Car, according to the company.
Rental operators can now detect and act on speeding while vehicles are still on rent, thereby reducing fines, admin workload, vehicle wear, and safety risks.
