ACE Rent A Car’s affiliate Mex Rent A Car has upgraded its location at Mexico's Cancun International Airport.
The revamped Cancun facility is the second ACE location that MEX has upgraded in 2016, along with its facility at Los Cabos International Airport.
"The success will be secure by having well-trained staff, a wide variety of fleet, and excellent facilities for the customer's comfort," said Enrique Garcia, project manager at Mex Rent-A-Car who is leading the positioning of ACE in Mexico. “The technology that we'll implement in all our facilities, at the call center, and at the website is crucial to our game plan."
The new location will also offer ACE customers a selection of exotic vehicles like the Chevy Camaro SS convertible and Ford Mustang.
"Mr. Garcia and his team have done an excellent job of ensuring the customer experience is seamless at these destinations," said Ceven Goodman, director of sales for ACE corporate. "Cancun and Cabo are key destinations for the ACE customer, so the newly renovated offices will make for a better overall customer experience."
