National Car Rental PGA Reach Charity Raises $100,000 for St. Louis Youth
The proceeds from the PGA REACH Charity Pro-Am golf tournament will go to organizations in St. Louis that aim to improve the lives of young people in the area.
As the Official Rental Car and Official Partner of The PGA of America, National Car Rental sponsored the PGA REACH Charity Pro-Am golf tournament in St. Louis on Oct. 8. The tournament raised nearly $100,000 that will be donated to the PGA REACH to expand its programs and to improve the lives of young people throughout the area, according to National.
PGA REACH works with organizations that make a positive difference for youth in the St. Louis community to extend their capabilities, impact, talent and financial resources available to them.
The St. Louis organizations benefiting from the proceeds raised through the National Car Rental PGA REACH Charity Pro-Am include Urban K-Life, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri and Boys and Girls Club of Greater St. Louis.
“Having the St. Louis community come out and participate this week is a real tribute to the passion and generosity of this city,” said National Car Rental Assistant VP of Marketing Rob Connors. “Our company is and will remain committed to the mission and goals of PGA REACH and The Gateway PGA Foundation to serve St. Louis youth.”
