Conducted in October 2013, Forrester Research’s Customer Experience Index is based on online responses from more than 7,500 U.S. consumers.

“At National, we work hard to make things easy, efficient and convenient for our customers and to provide them with an enjoyable rental experience,” said Rob Connors, National’s assistant vice president of brand marketing. “It’s gratifying to hear from our customers themselves that those efforts are paying off.”

National is known for its focus on business travelers and the convenience and choice offered by its Emerald Club loyalty program, says the company.
