National Car Rental scored the highest in the car rental industry in Forrester Research’s Customer Experience Index, 2014, which highlights the quality of customer experience by 175 U.S. brands.
National Car Rental scored the highest in the car rental industry in Forrester Research’s Customer Experience Index, 2014, with a score of 74, says Forrester. The other rental industries included Dollar Rental Car (71), Budget Rent A Car (71), Avis Rent A Car (71), Enterprise Rent-A-Car (71), Hertz (66) and Alamo Rent A Car (65), according to Forrester.
The survey benchmarks the quality of customer experience provided by 175 major U.S. brands across 14 industries, including retailers, hotels, airlines and investment firms.
Conducted in October 2013, Forrester Research’s Customer Experience Index is based on online responses from more than 7,500 U.S. consumers.
