On June 30, National Car Rental is launching the new Emerald Club Priority Service at all of Mexico’s major airport locations.

Emerald Club Priority Service will offer a line at the service counter that’s exclusively for Emerald Club loyalty members, according to National. Other benefits include vehicle choice, vehicle upgrades and rental credits toward free days and higher membership levels.

“This international growth of the Emerald Club into Latin America is a direct response to the numerous requests we’ve received from our customers,” said Rob Connors, assistant vice president of marketing, National Car Rental. “We continually listen to our Emerald Club members, and we’re pleased to be able to offer them reliable, fast and efficient rental service in more and more locations.”

The launch of Emerald Club in Mexico marks the first phase of the program’s expansion into Latin America and the Caribbean, says National. Currently operating in 23 Latin American countries, National plans to introduce the Emerald Club program in more of these countries — later in 2014 and beyond.

Emerald Club membership is complimentary for all National customers. For more information on how to enroll, visit www.nationalcar.com.
