Nordic TeleCom to Provide Call Center Services for Sixt in Finland
Nordic TeleCom’s cloud-based communication service will provide Sixt at its Finland locations with comprehensive reports of all call traffic and will notify customers when a customer service agent is scheduled to return their missed phone call.
Sixt Rent a Car in Finland announced on Aug. 23 that the Finland-based cloud service provider Nordic TeleCom will offer its services to Sixt in order to enhance its customer service in the country.
Sixt will be able to receive real-time reports and statistics of all the call traffic using Nordic TeleCom's service.
The new service also enables the monitoring of the overflowing traffic and missed calls. If a call cannot be answered within a reasonable time during rush hour, for example, the customer gets a voice message saying that the call has been registered and someone from customer service will call back in less than 20 minutes.
"We started with Nordic TeleCom's Overflow Service just in time before the busiest summer season,” said Managing Director of Sixt Finland Seppo Sariola. “The implementation was extremely easy and it didn't require any installations. Now Nordic TeleCom's solution is enhancing our customer service and boosting our sales in all the more than 40 service stations in Finland.”
