Orlando Rentco Acquires 6 Advantage Locations
Dan Miller and Remon Aziz will acquire Advantage’s Miami, Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and Nashville airport locations.

Dan Miller and Remon Aziz are co-owners of the ACE affiliate at Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Through their company Orlando Rentco, Dan Miller and Remon Aziz, co-owners of the ACE affiliate at Orlando International Airport (MCO), have acquired six airport locations from Advantage Rent A Car, which declared bankruptcy May 26.
Orlando Rentco will acquire Advantage’s Miami, Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas/Ft. Worth, and Nashville airport locations.
Orlando Rentco has acquired the intellectual property of the Advantage and E-Z Car Rental brands and assumes its global distribution system agreements to rent cars. The company will keep the Advantage brand name.
Miller is the son of Sandy Miller, formerly the CEO Budget Group, parent of Budget Rent a Car, and co-CEO of Franchise Services of North America, owners of the U-Save brand. Sandy Miller is not affiliated with this transaction.
Jeffrey Congdon, who served as vice chairman of Budget Group under Sandy Miller, has been hired as consultant to Orlando Rentco.
The acquisition was closed at the same time Sixt acquired 10 locations from Advantage. Advantage airport locations not included in the Sixt or Orlando Rentco deals include El Paso, Raleigh/Durham, Chicago, Phoenix, Albuquerque, San Antonio, Austion, San Diego, and Los Angeles.
