PurCo Hires Fulena, Kelley to Lead International Recovery Initiative
PurCo Fleet Services, a risk management company specializing in car rental loss prevention, is now offering its damage recovery and consulting services to the international market.

PurCo Fleet Services, a risk management company specializing in car rental loss prevention, is now offering its damage recovery and consulting services to the international market.
This expansion includes the addition of Gary Fulena and Tom Kelley, who both have over 35 years of experience in the car rental industry.
Fulena has worked with multiple car rental companies including Hertz, Budget and Advantage. Most recently, he served as the chief operating officer at Advantage Rent a Car. He has experience in fleet, sales, human resources and finance.

Kelley served as a franchise owner in Dallas for five years. He also has over 20 years of franchise experience in the international market. Most recently, he served as vice president of Dollar and Thrifty International and was based in London.
Fulena and Kelley will be managing the launch of PurCo’s Cross Borders Damage Recovery service and are available to consult with car rental operators in sales, fleet, pricing and customer service, according to the company.
