Car sharing and ride hailing service, ReachNow announced Wednesday that it has ended its services.
The company offered rentals of BMWs and Mini Coopers to more than 100,000 members across Seattle, Portland, and Brooklyn over the last three years.
ReachNow announced it will no longer be offering its services in three major cities effective immediately. This comes after ReachNow enters a merger under BMW and Daimler AG.

The company offered rentals of BMWs and Mini Coopers to more than 100,000 members across Seattle, Portland, and Brooklyn over the last three years.
This announcement comes after ReachNow said that its third party vendor could no longer support the company. In addition, ReachNOW joined Your Now a joint venture under BMW and Daimler AG comprised of five new companies.
Car2Go, a long-time competitor of ReachNow, will not be affected and will continue it services in Seattle and Portland. ReachNow encourages customers to sign up for Car2Go.
