According to The Post and Courier, the Charleston County Aviation Authority of South Carolina granted unanimous approval for the $150 million redesign of a 27-year-old terminal at the Charleston International Airport.
The renovations include a new car rental pavilion, an additional baggage carousel, new lighting, changes to gates and consolidation of security checkpoints. The new design will take four years to complete, according to the Post and Courier.
