Rent A Toll Teams With Violation Management Services
The companies' new agreement will provide customers with violation processing — including toll, parking and red light violations — with one provider.
Rent A Toll, an electronic toll payment solution company, signed a Preferred Sales and Services Agreement with Violation Management Services Ltd. to simplify vehicle violation processing and reduce operational fleet costs for rental car companies. The agreement went into effect April 16.
Rent A Toll and Violation Management Services will provide toll, parking, red light and other violation processing to customers to resolve vehicle violations and tolling programs with one provider.
Dennis Round, president and CEO of Violation Management Services Ltd., said the agreement will also provide opportunities to increase sales and marketing for both companies.
Both companies decided to enter into an agreement after receiving requests from customers to help manage their violation costs, according to Rent A Toll President and CEO Rick Welch.
