Rhinocarhire.com, a U.K. car rental company, has launched a rebranded website and partnered with Rentalcars Connect, the business-to-business division of rentalcars.com.
Through Rentalcars Connect, businesses can offer their customers the same products and services as rentalcars.com, including global availability of cars, as well as booking solutions in 40 languages phone and email support, according to rentalcars.com.
Rhino’s enhanced and rebranded website will maintain the personalized experience but with a user-friendly platform with improved customer support, according to the company. The partnership with Rentalcars Connect will give customers access to vehicles in over 46,000 locations in 167 countries worldwide, as well as access to the 24/7 customer service team.
"We have listened to what our customers have asked for and aim to deliver the best customer experience across all platforms, whilst maintaining the integrity and 'brand' we have worked hard to develop,” said Phil Partridge, marketing manager of Rhinocarhire.com. “Rentalcars Connect came to us during development, and with similar, strong values, I'm confident this partnership will help us to continuously deliver a personalized customer service approach that our customers want and deserve."
"We are very pleased to be partnering with Rhinocarhire.com during this exciting rebrand,” said Ady Guthrie, global director of Rentalcars Connect. “They've worked hard on enhancing the website to create the best car hire experience for their customers; something we understand and appreciate. We're looking forward to helping them achieve their objectives while increasing their conversion, revenue, and customer loyalty."
