According to Menafn.com, a proposal was made by Auto World Rent-A-Car on June 5 to form an association of about 45 car rental companies in Saudi Arabia.
The group would address issues most rent-a-car companies in the country face, as well as their expected growth in 2012, Auto World Rent-A-Car President Imad Zein said.
"We call for establishing an association of car rental companies to provide a channel of communication between them and various government agencies, including the traffic department, to discuss the challenges facing this vital sector," Zein said.
