Silvercar Officially Opens in Austin, Texas
The city, which is where Silvercar's headquarters are located, had a successful soft launch in March, according to the company.
Silvercar announced April 9 that it will continue to provide its all-Audi car rental service in Austin, Texas following a soft launch during the city’s March festival season.
“Operating in Austin has been a goal for Silvercar since day one,” said Silvercar CEO Luke Schneider. “Our headquarters is in Austin, we have strong ties to the community, and we had so much fun with South x Southwest.”
Upon arrival in Austin, customers are valeted to Silvercar’s facility outside the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. There, customers pick up and return their Silvercar, and then are valeted back to their departure terminal.
Travelers visiting Austin can complete advance reservations at Silvercar.com.
Austin is Silvercar’s second location, after launching at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport in January.
