SIXT’s franchise partner in the Baltic nations has adopted DriveX car inspection as a new tool for their employees.
Transporent Ltd., the franchise partner of SIXT in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania since 2010, will start using DriveX car inspection software to inspect their cars after a long-term rental period. It is a new tool for their employees to capture the state of their fleet, mark damages on the photos of vehicles, and convert the inspection report to an admissible document.
When Transporent Ltd. gives out cars for long-term rent, their employees inspect the cars before and after the rental period. This ensures the cars’ condition is well-documented and clarifies when any damage occurred.

Employees can mark damages to places that may not be apparent at first. The photo-taking process is checked by AI, ensuring all photos are of good quality and taken from the right angles. After each inspection, a car condition report is automatically generated and can be easily shared with all relevant parties, such as repair shops, clients, or other in-house employees.
Reports can be digitally signed and used as an official document. By adopting DriveX, Transporent Ltd. aims to revolutionize its fleet management process. The software enables their staff to mark damages during car inspection faster, document the condition more accurately, and improve customer experience by speeding up the return process.
“This innovative tool helps us to streamline our long-term rental process, making it easier for both our customers and employees to detect damages on cars and digitally sign car inspection reports,” said Egons Silenieks, customer service development manager, in a Feb. 20 news release. “By incorporating it into our operations, we are committed to enhancing the customer experience and increasing productivity. We are confident it will be a valuable addition to our workflow, and we look forward to the benefits it will bring to our customers and employees.”
For Transporent Ltd., the integration of DriveX is part of an effort to stay competitive in the car rental industry. Transporent’s fleet is growing each year and has already reached over 7,000 cars.
Founded in late 2019, DriveX’s remote AI-powered vehicle inspection software is used by large international insurers such as ERGO, Vienna Insurance Group, PZU Group, and others. Their clients also include different automotive platforms and governments.
