Sixt Enters into Franchise Agreement with Hollywood Kia Dealership
Sixt partners with Joe Levy, dealer principal of Florida’s Hollywood Kia, to help expand its U.S. franchise network.
Sixt AG and its U.S. franchise unit (Sixt Franchise USA LLC) announced yesterday the signing of multiple franchise agreements with the dealer principal of Hollywood Kia. This agreement for Florida locations in Fort Pierce, Hollywood and Sunny Isles Beach is part of Sixt's initiative to expand its franchise network into the U.S.
"Sixt is excited to enter into a franchise relationship with Hollywood Kia's ownership for these important Florida locations," said Craig A. Olson, vice president of North America franchise development for Sixt Franchise USA LLC. "Partnering with local car dealer principals like Hollywood Kia is a great way to strengthen Sixt's position in the local car rental market. We're confident that the Hollywood Kia group's solid foundation and history of great customer service will benefit our customers. ..."
"Adding car rental to our business model makes a lot of sense for us," said Joe Levy, Hollywood Kia's dealer principal. "Our customers have a need for rental cars and now we can provide them through our own Sixt rent a car franchise. We're diversifying our business and will also leverage our expertise in buying and selling cars to benefit both the rental and dealership operations. …"
The Sixt franchise system has more than 80 master franchisees operating from roughly 1,000 worldwide locations.
