An article by 7 Days in Dubai reported Sixt has seen its revenue increase in the UAE as more motorists are choosing to rent.
According to the article, 3,000 rentals are booked per month from Sixt in the UAE. About 73 percent of rental bookings come from Sixt.com, and 58 percent of those come from Europe.

The number of leased cars increased from 48 to 426 over the last three years. Sixt also plans to increase its fleet to 5,800 in 2020, with 50 percent of those vehicles intended for long-term lease.
There are eight Sixt branches operating in the UAE, including locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. The company’s fleet currently includes 86 limousines, 774 rental cars and 426 leasing models.
