Sixt will once again be the official partner of the Munich Security Conference.
From Friday to Sunday, the world’s most important meeting of experts on security policy will bring together delegations from all over the world, consisting of state presidents, high-ranking military officials, top politicians, ambassadors, and representatives of international organizations. With approximately 240 drivers and even more vehicles available around the clock, Sixt Event Transportation is the largest transport service provider at the Munich Security Conference.
Sixt Event Transportation is providing its services considerably longer than the three-day event, as many of the participants arrived a few weeks ago or will stay until a few days after the conference. A team on site at Bayerischer Hof will ensure that everything proceeds smoothly during this time, including organising the arrival, departure and accommodations of the drivers and coordinating the care and appointments of the delegations during their stay in Munich.
The safety of its attendees is the highest priority of the event. The Sixt Event Transportation vehicle fleet therefore includes not only exclusive limousines and spacious vans and buses, but also protective vehicles with special equipment like armoured vehicles. In the run-up to the Munich Security Conference, all drivers also attended training courses on topics with special requirements such as driving in convoys or on the aprons of airports.
For Sixt Event Transportation, support for major political events with special challenges is one of their everyday tasks. For example, this January, Sixt Event Transportation accompanied the Economic Forum in Davos.
