The facility opened at the second largest airport in London on Jan. 1. Sixt previously operated near Gatwick, but the company said it wanted to move into the airport to make it easier for travelers to rent a vehicle.

“Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for businesses and holiday makers to have access to a range of high quality, well specified vehicles backed by unparalleled service at affordable prices,” said Paul McLoughlin, managing director of Sixt Rent A Car UK.
