Sixt Updates App for Android Devices
The new Sixt app allows users to manage current and past car reservations, access vehicles in more than 100 countries and pick up rentals with a QR code.
Sixt has extended its smartphone application for the Android operating platform, according to a company announcement on Sept. 11.
Customers can use their smartphones to manage their car reservations, and they also have access to a history of their past rentals. Additionally, the app features a range of filters to allow customers to locate the particular car they want to rent.
The expanded app also gives Sixt customers access to rental cars in more than 100 countries around the world. Additionally, the app is equipped to send a QR code to customers via email to pick up their rental car at selected branches in many European countries.
It is available from the Google Play Store in many languages including German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Polish, Swedish, Czech, Hungarian, Turkish and Hebrew.
