Avis Budget dropped 48.1 percent versus the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index last week, though a Soleil analyst finds “the valuation compelling at about two times 10 EBT.” While Hertz dropped 22.1 percent, the analyst found its “valuation compelling at about three times 10 EBT.”
