The operator has a large market in Greece and Europe and was named a Gold Winner of the "Franchise Business Model Innovation Award" in January 2021.

Surprice Car Rentals announced in a statement the opening of a new location in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The franchise is operating with a station in the Henry Rholsen Airport and downtown on Christiansted VI Street.
The company's addition of this exotic destination is the latest in Surprice Car Rental's global expansion. The operator most recently opened locations in Zanzibar and the Czech Republic.
Rental operators can now detect and act on speeding while vehicles are still on rent, thereby reducing fines, admin workload, vehicle wear, and safety risks.
