Buenos Aires-based Elbert Vagedes Abogados (EVA) and Associates joins the WTP Advisors firm.
WTP Advisors, a global tax and business advisory firm, has opened an office in Argentina, which consists of a team from the Buenos Aires-based Elbert Vagedes Abogados (EVA) and Associates, an international legal counseling, accounting, tax and business services firm.
“Adopting the WTP Advisors brand allows us to offer our internationally-based clients the possibility of relying on professionals and offices in over 29 countries, all with extensive experience in international operations and tax planning, with the ability to provide them advice and support for a competitive and profitable worldwide development of their businesses,” said Matias Vagedes, a partner from EVA who will lead the Argentinian office.
“WTP Advisors is thrilled to open an office into the Argentinian market, the second largest in South America, and welcome the EVA team to the fold,” said Ian Boccaccio, co-founder and partner of WTP Advisors.
EVA offers regional and international coverage, professionals with experience in the management of different business cultures, and prestigious clients that require them to be updated and prepared to resolve complex or cutting edge issues.
“Our people have extensive experience in front-line law and consulting firms,” said Vagedes. “We are well-prepared to offer clients a flexible, personalized, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary service in several languages including Spanish, English, German, Portuguese and Italian.”
WTP Advisors works on a like-kind exchange program, a tax program for offsetting costs on vehicle inventory.
