TULSA, Okla. -- Members of Thrifty Car Rental's Blue Chip Express rental program can now make changes to their profile online. After accessing their profile on THRIFTY.com/bluechip, program members can review and change their product selections, password and other personal information.
"Blue Chip members now have round-the-clock access to their personal profiles to ensure that we always have their latest preferences and information," said Rainey Talbot, director of customer retention for Thrifty.
Prospective Blue Chip members can also enjoy a speedier sign-up with a revised online application. Once the application is submitted, new Blue Chip members immediately receive their Blue Chip number so they can begin making reservations.
With the Blue Chip Express rental program, customers speed through the check-in process in 60 seconds or less, with no-hassle pick-up and return, Thrifty said. Available at 125 airport locations in the U.S. and Canada, the Blue Chip service is free of charge.
