Thrifty Car Rental has launching its Thrifty Lounge in UAE to offer rental customers convenience and personalized service, according to a report by Aviamost.
“We are extremely proud to have pioneered the concept of car rental lounges in the region,” Karunesh Arya, general manager, told Aviamost. “Our goal is to provide ultimate car renting experience to our customers. While at the lounge, they can relax with its quiet environment, discuss various renting options offered by Thrifty over a cup of coffee with our experts, and also enjoy free Wi-Fi access. We hope to roll out this concept into our bigger branches and plan to have additional three lounges this year.”
The first branch for Thrifty Lounge opened at its Burjuman branch in Dubai, says the report.
