TULSA, Okla. -- Thrifty Car Rental is offering triple frequent flier miles with eight airline partners for advance reservations made on thrifty.com. The offer extends through Nov. 19.

Rentals must be in the United States and last at least three days. The vehicle must be mid-size or larger. Triple miles will only be awarded for a maximum of seven days per rental. After seven days, miles will be awarded at the normal level.

Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, American Airlines AAdvantage, Continental OnePass and Delta SkyMiles members can earn 150 miles per day -- three times their normal mileage award of 50 miles per rental day -- by renting through thrifty.com.

America West FlightFund, Northwest WorldPerks and US Airways Dividend Miles members can earn triple miles of 750 miles per transaction -- three times their nornal award of 250 miles per transaction -- during the promotional period. United Mileage Plus members earn 900 miles per transaction -- triple the usual 300 miles per transaction -- for qualifying rentals.
