After a two-month suspension, Uber will have to partner with licensed rental car companies in order to resume its ride-hailing services in Taipei, according to a report by Tech Wire Asia.
Uber was suspended from Taiwan after a long-running dispute with the nation’s authorities who considered Uber’s ride-hailing business illegal.
