Uber is facing another lawsuit, as an Atlanta man is suing the San Francisco-based company after a ride he took in August ended in an assault, Live 5 News reports.

The man said he was in an Uber in Charleston, S.C., when the driver hit a parked vehicle. The suit says the Uber driver ordered his passengers to exit his car, and then drove away. The owner of the vehicle that was hit then exited his vehicle and started attacking the stranded Uber passengers.

The lawsuit filed against Uber alleges negligence and negligent hiring, supervisions, and retention. Uber claims drivers are contractors not employees and therefore the company isn’t responsible.
