Volvo CEO Håkan Samuelsson highlighted how the growth of carsharing will impact the automotive market at the launch of the Volvo S90 L, according to an article by Autocar.
The article reported Samuelsson believes the market will split into four sections, with short-term rentals being the most popular form of car usage, followed by peer-to-peer carsharing. The traditional form of purchasing a car may soon be the smallest contributor to the car market.
