LAS VEGAS -- Transportation company ZAP announced it has opened a rental operation here with more than 100 electric cars. The company has also opened a dealership on Las Vegas' auto row.
ZAP of Las Vegas is operating two rental outlets on the Las Vegas Strip, at the La Concha Hotel at 2955 South Las Vegas Boulevard and near the Las Vegas Showcase at 3771 Las Vegas Boulevard.
"We are proud to operate the largest electric car rental fleet in the world," said ZAP Manager Barry Rutigliano. "It's exciting to be a part of ZAP and we are looking forward to renting and selling ZAP's other cars, scooters, bikes as well as future products."
