Ziad Khoury to Present Tuesday Opening Address at 2013 Car Rental Show
Khoury will share insights from his firm’s global client base to show car rental operators how to create a people-centered and profit-focused performance culture.
Auto Rental News and the American Car Rental Association (ACRA) are pleased to announce Ziad Khoury, founder and president of the Frontline Performance Group (FPG), as the Tuesday morning opening speaker at the 2013 Car Rental Show.
Khoury’s general session, titled “Achieving a Winning Performance Culture,” will show operators what it takes to create a lasting people-centered and profit-focused performance culture. In this session, participants will have the opportunity to compare their existing sales cultures vs. the strongest firms that Khoury’s team at FPG has worked with over the last 20 years.
Khoury, also author of the book “Frontline Profit Machine,” will share specific insights from FPG’s work with its global client base from the car and truck rental, call center, retail and hospitality industries.
“This is a unique opportunity for our audience to see past their car rental world and gain a true understanding of what having a strong company culture is all about,” said Chris Brown, executive editor of Auto Rental News. “Khoury literally wrote the book on this topic. His breadth of experience across many industries — not just auto rental — will give our audience a blueprint to go back and create that success in their operations.”
The session is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. - 9:25 a.m. on Tuesday, April 16. The 2013 Car Rental Show takes place April 15-16 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas. More info can be found at www.carrentalshow.com.
