Corwin, Taylor of J.D. Power & Associates to Keynote ICRS Experience

Jennifer Corwin and Michael Taylor of J.D. Power & Associates will deliver the keynote address for the ICRS Experience, convening online Nov. 2 to 5. Their address, “Car Rental and the Customer Experience in the Reset and Recovery Phases,” will convene Nov. 2 at 9 am PST.
Corwin and Taylor will share insights from the 2020 North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study, to be released in October, and analyze the car rental experience within the larger travel spectrum.

Corwin is the director of consumer insights for Global Travel and Hospitality and Strategic Initiatives at J.D. Power. Representing the company’s “Voice of the Customer” research across the travel and hospitality sector, Corwin’s work spans multiple industry verticals within the travel practice, including hotels, airlines, rental cars, airports, cruise lines, loyalty programs, and destinations.
Taylor, J.D. Power’s practice lead for Travel, has more than two decades analyzing customer priorities and loyalty among rental car, airline, and airport clients. Taylor has worked closely with major travel suppliers such as Hertz, Enterprise Holdings, Avis, United, American, Delta, Southwest, Alaska, Air Canada, JetBlue and more than 20 airports around the world.
Presented in conjunction with the American Car Rental Association, ICRS Experience will consist of the high-level keynotes, seminars, and breakout sessions found at the International Car Rental Show (ICRS), but with a focused agenda addressing present conditions around the pandemic.
