NuVinAir Global, which offers proprietary vehicle-cleanliness solutions for automotive businesses, is expandig its franchise program to New York, welcoming seasoned tri-state area executive, Ilario Sanzo, as its newest franchisee.

Significantly, Sanzo’s efforts will offer “clean-driving” consulting and products to the country’s largest market, the greater New York metropolitan area, which already counts dozens of locations, including car-rental agencies, airport kiosks, automotive dealerships, car washes, police departments, and fire departments, among his growing client roster.

“At the pandemic’s beginning, New York had been ground zero for COVID-19, causing grave anxiety among commuters who quickly became terrified to take public transportation or even rent a car,” Kyle Bailey, NuVinAir Global’s chief executive officer and founder, said in a statement. “We had been searching for the right franchise partner who not only had the right contacts to ramp up quickly, but also shared our commitment, passion, and sense of responsibility for restoring confidence among car renters in an incredibly uncertain time. Ilario brings a deep knowledge of finance and CPG, and we embrace his excitement for launching his own company to sell our industry-leading products in such a critical market.”

Sanzo owns the exclusive rights to sell NuVinAir Global’s line of science-backed products across the region, including their latest product — ReKlenz-X — an EPA-approved, eco-friendly disinfectant that kills 99.9% of germs, bacteria, and viruses without compromising a vehicle’s interior or the safety of those applying it. Among his 25 clients, Sanzo’s products are available at JFK International Airport (Queens), Riverhead Car Wash (Riverhead), BMW of Oyster Bay (Oyster Bay), Power Motor Group (Lindenhurst), and Platinum Volkswagen (Hicksville).

Sanzo joins NuVinAir Long Island from Henkel, which markets a wide range of well-known consumer and industrial brands in North America, including Dial soaps, Purex laundry detergents, Right Guard antiperspirants, and göt2b hair styling products. Prior to that, he served in finance roles for Energizer Holdings and Playtex Products.
