In this session, attendees will learn new technologies and customer-centric approaches to damage detection, identity and insurance verification, counter upsells, disclosure of rental policies and terms and conditions, as well as effective satisfaction rating processes.
The panel includes Julio Valcarcel, portfolio manager of Sofiac Travel, and Kelly Van Damme, senior account manager, car, at Expedia Group.
The “Crafting a Customer-Centric Rental Process” seminar will be moderated by Jon Dill, general manager of NP Franchise Group. With over 27 years of experience in car rental, Dill will share his blueprint for great reviews on Google.
