JD Power and Associates recently awarded Advantage Car Rental and EZ Rent A Car top honors in the 2024 North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study.
This award recognizes customer satisfaction, quality service, and value as car rental providers across Florida.
The award from JD Power comes as the company continues gaining traction as a key player in the U.S. car rental market, catering to leisure and business travelers. Advantage and EZ have grown operations in Florida during the past year while planning to expand into other major U.S. markets. It runs locations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, and Jacksonville.
“Receiving this recognition from JD Power & Associates is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team in ensuring our customers experience outstanding service every time they rent with us,"said Elie Market, vice president of operations.
As part of their growth strategy, Advantage and EZ Rent-A-Car support independent operators through an expanding affiliate program worldwide. This affiliate initiative provides independent operators with the tools, resources, and brand recognition to operate under the Advantage and EZ banners.
