The launch marks a milestone for both organizations, positioning Dubai as the regional hub from which Sigma Mobility will lead brand development, regional expansion, and operations across the Middle East, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and Africa.

Based in Dubai, the new headquarters will serve as the central platform for managing partnerships, supporting franchise operations, and executing Sigma Mobility’s long-term growth strategy with Carwiz.

Sigma Mobility leads the Carwiz regional expansion across an exclusive 16-country territory spanning the Middle East, the GCC, and Africa. The company adheres to international mobility standards, leverages advanced digital rental platforms, and provides customer service tailored to diverse markets.

The collaboration reinforces Carwiz’s growth strategy in high-potential markets while ensuring consistent operations that can develop across all assigned regions.

“Dubai provides the ideal platform to lead regional growth, connect international expertise with local market knowledge, and build a sustainable mobility ecosystem aligned with global standards,” said Amr Fawzy, founder and CEO of Sigma Mobility, in a Dec. 17 news release.

Krešimir Dobrilović, founder and CEO of Carwiz International, added: “Sigma Mobility has demonstrated a strong strategic vision, a deep understanding of the region, and an exceptional commitment to our global brand values. Together, we are poised to build a unified, high-quality mobility network that reflects international standards.”

The wider region continues to show strong demand for structured, technology-driven transporation and mobility, supported by tourism expansion, growing business travel, and evolving consumer expectations.

In addition to Fawzy and Dobrilović, the official launch was attended by senior Carwiz board members, key executives from both companies, and representatives from the regional automotive sector and industry stakeholders.
