Carwiz International assembled its global network of partners in early October in Sarajevo, the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina, for the annual WizTalk 2025 Conference, a three-day event where the car rental operators collaborated and celebrated shared successes.
The conference started with a cocktail reception, setting a warm and dynamic tone for the days ahead. CEOKrešimir Dobrilović opened the conference, highlighting the company’s vision and commitment to its growing franchise network.
“WizTalk is more than a conference; it’s a celebration of our collective ambition,” Dobrilović said. “Every Carwiz partner contributes to the strength of our brand. Together, we are not just building a network but shaping the future of mobility.”
Speakers from Booking.com, Croatia Airlines, VIP-DATA, and Carwiz Croatia shared insights on digital transformation and the changing travel landscape.

A key moment was the signing of a new cooperation agreement between Carwiz International and Croatia Airlines, represented by Dobrilović and Jasmin Bajić, president and CEO of Croatia Airlines.
“This partnership marks an important milestone for both brands,” said Bajić in an Oct. 15 news release. “By combining the strengths of Croatia Airlines and Carwiz, we are offering travelers an even more seamless and connected experience.”
The program continued with a presentation from Carwiz COO Thomas Zieher, followed by the “Looking Ahead” Brokers Panel with experts from Expedia, Booking.com, and CarTrawler, discussing future mobility trends.
“Our focus remains on empowering local entrepreneurs through a strong, flexible franchise model that supports innovation and profitability,” Zieher said.

The conference concluded with an elegant gala dinner and Wizy Awards ceremony, celebrating the achievements and dedication of Carwiz partners worldwide.
