Affordable Car Hire Creates Online Training Program

In an effort to simplify car jargon and increase trade sales, Affordable Car Hire has launched an online training program for its agents, Travel Mole reports.
The Affordable Training Academy platform, which is available on its website, consists of five modules: Car Hire Terms, How to Book, How to Sell, USA Car Hire, and Customer Support. Completing the entire training course, which also includes tests, takes about 20 minutes.
The car hire group also hosts weekly, tailored webinars and pizza lunches for agents who want to meet the Affordable sales team.
The company plans to include products from Affordable Xtras to the program.
