Enterprise Offering Weekend Rates from $9.99
Rate is through May 24 for economy and compact cars, includes 100 free miles.
With families preparing for spring break getaways and early summer travel, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, North America's largest rental car company, is offering special weekend rates starting from $9.99 per day through May 24, 2010.
"We think weekends are meant to be special, and spring break and early summer travel provides families the opportunity to get away. So at Enterprise, we have made our weekend rates special. It's another way we pick you up," said Steve Short, vice president of leisure business development for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
Enterprise is offering weekend rates of $9.99 per day on economy and compact cars when they rent Friday through Monday at most of the more than 5,000 Enterprise neighborhood locations in the U.S. The rate includes 100 free miles a day. Similar savings are available on larger vehicles, and additional miles can be purchased. The program is not offered at airport locations.
"Our special weekend rates make it easy for cost-conscious motorists to enjoy the security, comfort and reliability of newer model Enterprise rental cars for the weekend, saving wear and tear and mileage on their own vehicles," Short added.
