Frontline Performance Group (FPG) is in the final stages of data collection for its 2013 “Defining the Profile of a Top Performer” report. This study will display the common motivational drivers of this best-in-class work force, their specific personality profiles and analyze their paths into the car rental industry.

FPG’s exclusive personality profile is currently being administered to selected top performers from licensee, corporate and independent car rental companies throughout the U.S., South America, the Caribbean and Europe.

If you have a manager or sales associate who is currently outperforming his or her peer group by 25%, represents your brand as an ambassador and has been with your car rental organization for over six months, FPG would welcome their input in this first industry-wide survey.

FPG will present the results of the study at the 2013 Auto Rental Summit, which will be held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla., on Nov. 4-5.

Participation in the survey and data collection will end on Oct. 25. Operators who provide study participants will be invited to an exclusive FPG/Auto Rental News webinar reviewing the study findings.

For more information about the survey process and how to recognize your top performer, please send an email inquiry to arnfpgsurveys@frontlinepg.com with “Top Performer Study” as the subject.
