“Anyone who lives or works in Bogota, experiences the hassles and expense of owning a car and dealing with traffic congestion,” said Francesco Pileggi, founder and President of Float CarShare. “… Car sharing provides an affordable and viable alternative to car ownership and takes cars off the road. Float CarShare is a fully automated platform where individuals and businesses have access to a network of vehicles 24/7. This enables a Float member to rent a car on an “as-needed” basis, paying only for the time and mileage they reserve.”
