Go Rentals and the International Yacht Company (IYC), one of the world’s largest yachting companies, recently launched an official partnership, activated at the recent Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

The partnership reflects a business bond between land and sea, where guests will have dedicated IYC and Go Rentals teams on hand to provide unified travel experiences.

“Not only do our two companies have a shared audience and passion for creating unique experiences, but our combined lifelong obsession with guest service is what ultimately drew us together,” said Kaye Gitibin, CEO of Go Rentals, in an Oct. 18 news release. “Now our guests can yacht in and drive out. The vehicle is there at the marina when the guest disembarks.”

The new vehicles come with low mileage and high-quality details, Gitibin added. The company’s hospitality-trained team can equip each rental car with special touches requested by guests, such as specific water, music selection, snacks, and pre-programmed navigation.

“Through our partnership with GoRentals, the beauty of the road meets the allure of the open water,” said Raphael Sauleau, CEO of IYC. “An exquisite fleet of cars complements the elegance of our yachts. This collaboration isn't just about convenience; it's about enhancing the overall experience for our clients.”

  • The first of many collaborations between the two brands happened at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) 2023 Oct. 25-29 in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The boating event included an array of experiences, innovations, and luxury in the yachting capital of the world.

  • The second collaborative event will be the Palm Beach International Boat Show March 21-24, 2024, along Flagler Drive in downtown West Palm Beach, across the Intracoastal Waterway from Palm Beach Island.

Go Rentals is an elite car rental service company and the only Forbes Travel Guide Elite Car Rental company. The company has also specialized in the private jet industry since 1995. It has locations across the U.S. and the Hawaiian Islands, and service to over 100 airports and various fine hotels and resorts.
