Green Motion Italia has announced its expansion with the opening of eight more locations, including Alghero Airport, Bergamo Airport, Cagliari Airport, Olbia Airport, Venezia Airport, Catania Airport, Pescara Airport, and Verona Airport.
The locations were purchased by local operator Viaggiare Rent, part of Frattin Auto Group, who entered the car rental market in 2016.
Green Motion's Master Franchise for Italy, which was acquired by Antonino Condurso back in 2012, has expanded its corporately owned locations alongside franchised branches.
“We are thrilled to welcome Matteo Frattin, CEO of Viaggiare Rent, along with his team to the Green Motion Italia family,” said Condurso, managing director of Green Motion Italia. “This marks another major milestone in the growth of the Green Motion brand here in Italy, and we are confident that our partnership with Viaggiare Rent will be an incredible success.”
“Italy represents one of our major European markets and to see its continued expansion under the careful watch and management of Antonino is fantastic,” said Richard Lowden, founder and CEO of Green Motion International. “We look forward to supporting Antonino along with Matteo to achieving new levels of success.”
Green Motion will be exhibiting at this year's International Car Rental Show on April 15-17 at the Horseshoe Hotel in Las Vegas.
