Green Motion announced the sale of its latest country franchise, Armenia, marking the brand's expansion in western Asia. Acquired by Suren Melikyan, owner of the existing Green Motion franchise for Georgia, Green Motion Armenia will be opening soon in the country's capital Yerevan.

"It was fantastic to close the first day off here at ITB with the sale of our master franchise for Armenia," said Green Motion founder & CEO Richard Lowden. "It's extra special as it has been purchased by a trusted, dedicated, and highly respected existing franchisee who is looking to expand its business portfolio with our brands."

"I am thrilled to continue my journey of expansion with Green Motion, we are incredibly proud to be part of their network and family and are looking forward to realizing the success of another market," added Green Motion Armenia & Georgia owner Suren Melikyan.

Green Motion will be exhibiting at this year's International Car Rental Show on 16-18th April at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.
