“The announcement of the Renter Rated award is always something I look forward to,” said Chad Knavel, general manager at Rugged Rental. “Knowing that we’re noticed and appreciated by our customers is very gratifying. We have an amazing staff here, and this award is attributed to their dedication in making sure our customers have an exceptional rental experience.”
Rugged Rentals was previously ranked No. 1 overall by CRX in 2015, 2017, and 2018, and placed second overall in 2016.
Since 2005, Renter Rated has collected thousands of ratings of car rentals, according to Stan Levy, chair of Express Internet Technologies, the parent company of CarRentalExpress.com.
