Sixt SE and its U.S. Franchise Unit (Sixt Franchise USA, LLC) announce the opening of a new Sixt branch to service the Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa, Calif.
"The new, in-terminal Sixt branch will provide great convenience for customers flying in," said Craig Olson, executive vice president of North America Franchise Development for Sixt. "We look forward to providing great service and vehicles to incoming travelers, all at a reasonable price."
This is the second Sixt branch in Sonoma County, preceded by a branch that opened last year. It services the Santa Rosa local area.
"Sonoma County has many attractions like golf, cycling, beaches, shopping, and is also well-known for its fine cuisine and wine culture," said Steve Schneider, owner of the Sixt franchise. "We are grateful for the response from the community and have doubled the size of our initial fleet with premium cars and staff to meet the needs and wishes of our customers."
The Sixt franchise system has more than 80 master franchisees operating from nearly 1,100 worldwide locations, according to the company. In the U.S., Sixt franchisees are already operating locations in nine states — with openings in additional states planned for later this year.
